TEAM PAYMENT POLICY

• A good faith estimate of the total trip cost will be communicated to you in advance of the trip.
• Each team participant is responsible to pay for, or raise support funds to pay for, their trip cost. ICARE will not absorb any portion of a participant’s trip cost.
• Team members must arrange in advance (and pay for) their own plane/train/bus tickets to/from Lanzhou, China. ICARE will arrange for all ground transportation, meals (not including personal snacks) and lodging. At the end of the trip, we will ask you to reimburse ICARE for your respective portion of these costs.
